Wukong OPC Community lands in Hefei!

On May 12, the Hefei Xinzhan High-Tech Zone Management Committee jointly launched Anhui Province’s first "Wukong OPC Community" with DingTalk. Built upon Anhui’s first 10-gigabit optical network + OPC community—the Xinzhan Digital Cube OPC Community—this initiative marks the first time DingTalk’s Wukong AI-native workplace platform has been integrated into industrial parks as standard digital infrastructure, signifying a shift of AI from an enterprise office tool to a park-level “new infrastructure.”

The launch ceremony was held in Hefei Xinzhan High-Tech Zone, attended by prestigious institutions including the University of Science and Technology of China, Anhui University, Hefei University of Technology, Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, as well as research organizations such as Beihang University Hefei Institute and Yunzhi AI Industry-Research Academy, with nearly one hundred industry and education representatives gathering to witness the occasion.

Building an AI-Native Industrial Community

The Wukong OPC Community is the first industrial community in Anhui established on the foundation of DingTalk's AI-native workplace platform, Wukong. Unlike traditional园区 offering financial subsidies or rent reductions, this community equips each入驻 enterprise with an “AI employee”—companies receive complimentary Wukong enterprise accounts, 50 million monthly tokens of computing capacity, and AI transcription time. Enterprises signing contracts on the launch day will also receive the Wukong A1 smart hardware, enabling “zero-barrier access to AI” and supporting the highly efficient operational model of “one person + Wukong = one company.”

A Tripartite Co-Construction Innovation Model

The community adopts a tripartite co-construction mechanism combining “government subsidy + enterprise purchase + platform empowerment.” The Xinzhan District government subsidizes enterprises purchasing DingTalk compute credits;入驻 companies enjoy exclusive discounts on DingTalk products; and DingTalk provides the capabilities of the Wukong platform along with dedicated training mentors who visit enterprises monthly for guidance. This model aims to establish a replicable and scalable “AI into Parks” Hefei model for nationwide promotion.

Targeting Emerging Economic Groups with One-Stop Onboarding Support

The community focuses specifically on three emerging economic groups: “one-person companies,” “digital nomads,” and “AI entrepreneurs,” providing comprehensive one-stop onboarding support. Companies signing up on the launch day are eligible for five major benefits: one Wukong enterprise account, 50 million tokens of computing power per month for the first year, one DingTalk A1 smart device, 1,200 minutes of AI transcription time per month (for six months), and monthly on-site guidance from Wukong training mentors.

The first 20入驻 enterprises will enjoy three core benefits: a Wukong enterprise account, 50 million monthly tokens of computing power, and mentorship services. All OPC enterprises can benefit from government-subsidized compute credit purchases and exclusive community pricing on DingTalk products.
