DingTalk A1 Doctor Edition: Deep Application of AI Hardware in Healthcare

As the first dedicated medical industry version of DingTalk’s AI hardware device, DingTalk A1 integrates Yisheng Jiankang’s Doukou gynecological large model, offering doctors an end-to-end AI assistant for voice recording, information organization, medical knowledge queries, and clinical decision support, helping physicians transition into AI-powered workflows.

Lightweight Design, Powerful Features

Launched by DingTalk in 2025 as an "AI Recording Card," DingTalk A1 is only 3.8mm thick and equipped with a six-microphone array, enabling far-field audio capture and up to 45 hours of continuous recording. It supports AI-powered speech-to-text transcription, meeting summary generation, real-time translation, and AI assistant functions. Within six months of its release, it has been widely adopted among professionals in sales, consulting, legal, and HR fields, becoming a representative hardware solution for AI adoption across industries.

Empowering Doctors: Reducing Burden and Enhancing Efficiency

Wang Qiangyu, founder and CEO of Yisheng Jiankang, said the DingTalk A1 Doctor Edition covers use cases such as outpatient consultations, surgical documentation, ward round archiving, MDT (multidisciplinary team) discussion preparation, and literature review, helping doctors efficiently manage communication records and administrative tasks, thereby freeing up more time for learning, diagnosis, and patient interaction.

Building Medicine’s "Second Brain"

DingTalk is collaborating with Yisheng Jiankang to develop MedDing, a medical AI assistant powered by the Doukou healthcare large model, continuously improving AI understanding of medical terminology and clinical guidelines to enhance clinical decision-making efficiency.

The Doukou healthcare large model is currently deployed in nearly 1,000 medical institutions nationwide, providing obstetrics and gynecology physicians with AI-powered literature analysis and differential diagnosis recommendations. He Yulin, Deputy Director of the Obstetrics Center at Peking Union Medical College Hospital, noted that its output reports approach the professional level of associate chief physicians at top-tier hospitals.
