QwenWork Product

Hello everyone, this is Qian Zai!

Recently, Qwen Office Standard Mode has integrated the Qwen3.8-Flash model, significantly improving response speed and overall capabilities.

Whether it's writing documents, creating presentations, handling spreadsheets, generating data reports, or building web pages—routine work tasks can now be completed efficiently, truly delivering "heavy-duty performance."

But Qian Zai wanted to dig deeper: just how many tasks can 1,000 points actually complete?

So, using the newly integrated Qwen3.8-Flash model, we ran some calculations—and the results show that 1,000 points go much further than you might think.

The above data is estimated based on standard test results of Qwen3.8-Flash. Actual point consumption may vary depending on task content and complexity.

Task One: Creating a Presentation (PPT)

A full 8-slide PPT, from content organization and structural breakdown to slide generation, can be completed in one click—with professional design included.

Average cost: approximately 10.1 points.

With 1,000 points, you can create about 100 presentations.

Looking at this, the remaining balance already seems more than sufficient.

Task Two: Writing Word Documents

Long-form documents such as proposals, reports, and summaries can all be fully handled by the model.

For a complete 2,000-character document, the model typically completes both layout and content drafting in one go.

Average cost: approximately 3.1 points.

With 1,000 points, you can write around 322 documents—nearly 640,000 characters.

Weekly reports, proposals, summaries—there’s no way you’d use them all up anytime soon.

Task Three: Generating PDFs

For polished deliverables, you can directly generate a 6-page PDF suitable for reports, proposals, or reference materials—clear and easy to distribute.

Average cost: approximately 1.8 points.

With 1,000 points, you can generate about 556 PDFs.

That number is already too large to count one by one.

Task Four: Creating Excel Sheets

A complete Excel sheet featuring formula calculations, data organization, and chart visualization.

Average cost: approximately 23 points.

With 1,000 points, you can complete about 45 sheets.

It handles documents and crunches numbers—covering nearly all essential functions for daily office work.

· · ··· · ·

The first four tasks are basic use cases.

Writing documents, making slides, organizing spreadsheets—all common scenarios easily managed.

Now, let’s level up the challenge.

Task Five: Web Research

When you need information, simply initiate a multi-source web search.

The model gathers data from multiple sources, filters key insights, and compiles them into a comprehensive report—saving you the time of manually browsing numerous websites.

Average cost: approximately 6 points.

With 1,000 points, you can conduct about 167 research sessions.

The phrase “Help me look into this” can now be said with real confidence.

Task Six: Data Reports

Data from Excel can be further turned into an HTML-based visual report.

Charts, core metrics, and analysis results are all integrated on one page—ideal for review, sharing, and presentation.

Average cost: approximately 8.4 points.

With 1,000 points, you can generate about 119 reports.

Data from a single spreadsheet can easily become a professional-grade report.

Task Seven: Interactive Dashboards

Going even further, you can generate an interactive HTML e-commerce dashboard.

After data visualization, users can interact directly within the page—the final product ready for business presentations and analytics.

Average cost: approximately 15.1 points.

With 1,000 points, you can create about 66 dashboards.

Data becomes clear, and the presentation interface is built simultaneously.

Task Eight: Building Websites

Let’s add a bit more difficulty here.

Generate a standalone webpage with a database in one go—both page structure and data functionality built together.

Average cost: approximately 26 points.

With 1,000 points, you can build about 39 websites.

We originally set out to evaluate whether points were enough for daily office work,

but ended up calculating how fast we could start launching websites in bulk.

· · ··· · ·

After completing this round of testing, Qian Zai re-ran the totals: running all eight tasks once only consumed 93.5 points.

From basic office tasks to web research, data reports, interactive dashboards, and even database-powered websites—the average cost per task was just 11.7 points. The most efficient task—generating a 6-page PDF—cost only 1.8 points.

More importantly, all eight outputs in this test achieved high completion rates and delivery quality, requiring no repeated attempts.

The “speed” of Qwen3.8-Flash isn’t just about quick responses—it’s also reflected in first-time approval and high-quality output, truly achieving “fast, smart, and cost-effective.”

As for whether 1,000 points are enough—

After completing one of each of the eight tasks, 906.5 points remain.

From now on, when opening Qwen Office, you can check your balance less—and think about your next task more.

Using DingTalk: Before & After

Before

  • × Team Chaos: Team members are all busy with their own tasks, standards are inconsistent, and the more communication there is, the more chaotic things become, leading to decreased motivation.
  • × Info Silos: Important information is scattered across WhatsApp/group chats, emails, Excel spreadsheets, and numerous apps, often resulting in lost, missed, or misdirected messages.
  • × Manual Workflow: Tasks are still handled manually: approvals, scheduling, repair requests, store visits, and reports are all slow, hindering frontline responsiveness.
  • × Admin Burden: Clocking in, leave requests, overtime, and payroll are handled in different systems or calculated using spreadsheets, leading to time-consuming statistics and errors.

After

  • Unified Platform: By using a unified platform to bring people and tasks together, communication flows smoothly, collaboration improves, and turnover rates are more easily reduced.
  • Official Channel: Information has an "official channel": whoever is entitled to see it can see it, it can be tracked and reviewed, and there's no fear of messages being skipped.
  • Digital Agility: Processes run online: approvals are faster, tasks are clearer, and store/on-site feedback is more timely, directly improving overall efficiency.
  • Automated HR: Clocking in, leave requests, and overtime are automatically summarized, and attendance reports can be exported with one click for easy payroll calculation.
