Recently, at the "AI Doers" Dingling special session of the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), Zhao Hongyu, CEO of Liye Cloud, announced the official launch of China's first enterprise site selection large model jointly developed with Dingling. This model uses artificial intelligence technology to reduce enterprise site selection cycles by 90% and cut average site selection costs by more than 50%.

Solving Three Major Pain Points of Traditional Site Selection

Public industry data shows that over 2 million companies in China have annual needs for factory, park, or office site selection, forming a service market worth tens of billions of yuan. Traditional site selection has long suffered from three core pain points: information opacity, low matching efficiency, and lack of professional services, resulting in typical site selection processes taking several months.

Building a Three-Dimensional Intelligent Analysis System

To address these challenges, Liye Cloud has established comprehensive big data on industrial parks, collecting information on more than 2,700 development zones and nearly 100,000 industrial parks nationwide, covering over 140 key factors important to enterprise site selection. It has also built industrial big data spanning more than 200 industrial chains and over 6,000 industrial nodes. Leveraging Dingling’s AI capabilities, the company developed a site selection large model that creates a three-dimensional intelligent analysis system based on “space suitability + factor matching + industrial alignment,” generating customized site selection plans in just 30 seconds.

"Liye Shanghai" Officially Launched

At the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), Liye Cloud launched "Liye Shanghai," the world’s first industry-level intelligent site selection large model. The platform currently covers multiple districts including Minhang, Xuhui, and Songjiang, and has listed information on more than 2,000 industrial parks, factories, R&D offices, and other facilities. Within three months of its launch, the platform received site selection requests from 656 enterprises, successfully facilitating the rapid establishment of 36 key projects in Shanghai, with a total selected area reaching 100,000 square meters. The enterprise site selection cycle has been drastically reduced from several months to just a few days.

In addition, to meet the overseas expansion needs of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, Liye Cloud will gradually roll out park and facility information in Indonesia, Vietnam, and other regions, helping Chinese companies accelerate their global expansion.
