DingTalk helps launch Zhejiang's first AI-powered smart business service platform in Yuhang, Hangzhou

On September 10, Yuhang Economic Development Zone in Zhejiang Province held the launch event for "Liyeyukai," an AI-powered investment promotion and enterprise service platform, marking the official launch of Zhejiang's first one-stop digital investment service platform centered on artificial intelligence. Jointly developed by Yuhang EDD, JinYe Cloud, and DingTalk, the platform integrates the technological capabilities, data resources, and ecosystem strengths of all three parties, aiming to transform investment attraction and enterprise support services from the traditional "people seeking enterprises" model to a smart, platform-empowered approach.

Integration of Three Core AI Functions

As the first AI-driven investment and enterprise service platform officially launched in Zhejiang, "Liyeyukai" leverages industrial big data and combines Alibaba Cloud’s computing power, the DeepSeek general model foundation, and JinYe Cloud’s vertical scenario applications to deeply integrate three core AI functions: AI site selection, AI investment promotion, and AI enterprise services. This enables precise demand analysis and intelligent matching in investment scenarios, effectively addressing real-world challenges faced by Yuhang EDD in investment attraction and enterprise support.

Driving Innovation in Industrial Services

At the event, Xing Bin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Yuhang EDD, stated that artificial intelligence is profoundly reshaping the global economic landscape. As a key hub for industrial development, Yuhang EDD will actively respond to the strategic initiative of building an innovation hub for AI by advancing digital platforms to revolutionize investment models and industrial services.

Representatives from Renhelǐ·Hangshi Intelligent Manufacturing Center and Dongheng Medicine, two of the first organizations to join the "Liyeyukai" platform, shared their practical experiences and outcomes in digitalized investment promotion.
