In traditional work models, vast amounts of work-related information are scattered across group chats, to-do lists, meetings, documents, and other contexts, requiring individuals to actively seek out information—an inefficient and distracting process. DingTalk One uses AI to organize all relevant tasks and information by priority and presents them clearly in a feed of informational cards, shifting from “people searching for tasks” to “tasks finding people.”

AI Seek supports flexible integration with multiple large models and introduces the innovative AI Fusion model engine, aggregating over 50 leading global large models. DingTalk AI Spreadsheet now offers over 100 Field Agents—equivalent to having more than a hundred AI assistants working inside spreadsheets—featuring multimodal capabilities such as text, video, audio, and image generation; information extraction; image recognition; speech-to-text conversion; as well as scenario-specific functions like one-click virtual try-ons for clothing, product visualization, and background replacement.

In safety inspection scenarios at Shandong Weiqiao Entrepreneurship Group, inspectors upload photos after patrols, and Field Agents automatically identify potential hazards. DingTalk 8.0 officially launches the next-generation voice intelligence tool "AI Notes" and unveils its first smart hardware device, DingTalk A1.

DingTalk AI Notes is a large-model-based voice recording tool that supports real-time transcription, semantic understanding, and intelligent summarization of spoken content. Users can quickly start AI Notes via video meetings, typing “Notes” in the search bar, or pairing with DingTalk A1, automatically generating high-quality meeting minutes. With 36 built-in scene templates, it fully adapts to team meetings, classroom notes, interviews, counseling sessions, legal consultations, and more, while supporting custom templates for enterprise-specific needs.

DingTalk A1 is DingTalk’s first AI hardware device, measuring just 3.8mm thick—about the thickness of a few stacked credit cards—and magnetically attaches to the back of smartphones.
