On December 26, the "Xin AI New Future" DingTalk Summit 2025 was held in Jinshan District, Shanghai. As a key component of the "Digital City, Smart Future" 2025 Shanghai Digital City Month, this event brought together executives from over 200 companies based in Jinshan and across Shanghai.

Launch of AI DingTalk 1.1, Ushering in a New Era of Human-AI Collaboration

As the concluding highlight of the 2025 DingTalk Summit series, the launch of the latest AI DingTalk 1.1 in Jinshan came at a pivotal moment. Just on December 23, DingTalk unveiled more than 20 new AI-powered products, including Agent OS—the world’s first intelligent operating system designed specifically for AI—marking DingTalk’s transformation from a traditional office collaboration platform into a future-oriented intelligent operating system, opening a new era of “human-AI collaboration” in the workplace.

Empowering Jinshan to Become a Regional Hub for AI Development

In recent years, Jinshan District has accelerated its industrial transformation under the “AI+” strategy and is building the “Intelligent Computing Bay Area,” aiming to create a thriving hub for artificial intelligence characterized by active technological innovation, deep application empowerment, and a robust industrial ecosystem.

In his speech, Zhu Hong, CTO of DingTalk, emphasized that AI's role within enterprises has evolved from an auxiliary tool to an active executor, driving comprehensive restructuring across business chains. This trend aligns closely with national initiatives to leverage AI for advanced industrialization and Shanghai’s strategic push toward accelerating “AI+ Manufacturing.” DingTalk will leverage its latest AI offerings to precisely meet the needs of Jinshan-based enterprises in key scenarios such as production scheduling optimization, quality control, intelligent equipment maintenance, supply chain coordination, customer service enhancement, and data-driven decision-making.

Several significant outcomes were announced during the event: the official launch and commissioning of Jinshan’s first digital public service center—the Jinshan District Bay High-Tech Park Digital Public Service Center; the establishment of the AI Service Ecosystem Alliance; and the first public release of the “Digital Plus Monthly Action” 2026 annual program plan.

The event also featured detailed explanations of Jinshan District’s digital transformation policies and introduced preferential support measures for relevant DingTalk products. Through a dual-driven approach combining “policy incentives and product solutions,” the initiative aims to provide fresh momentum for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and accelerated transformation for local enterprises. During the thematic session on “AI Trends and Practical Insights,” DingTalk customers—domestic GPU leader MXCHIP Co., Ltd. and Lixing Industrial Technology—shared their transformation experiences and customized solutions.
