DingTalk's new round of AI hardware is here!

On March 17, the AI DingTalk 2.0 annual new product launch event was held in Hangzhou. DingTalk announced the release of "Wukong," an enterprise-level AI-native work platform, and unveiled plans to build an AI ecosystem together with developers. At the same event, new AI hardware products were introduced: the DingTalk A1 Pro and the co-branded AI headphones Cleer H1, further expanding DingTalk's AI hardware lineup and making AI products accessible to a broader user base.

AI Innovation Workshop Program Launched

DingTalk, together with the Hangzhou Future Technology City Management Committee, launched the AI Innovation Workshop Program. The initiative is open to AI startup teams, solo founders, and AI SaaS companies, offering comprehensive support including policy incentives, talent training, office space, and capability empowerment to help developers create innovative products aligned with the times.

"Wukong" Opens Invited Testing: Enterprise-Level AI Work Platform Debuts

At the launch event, DingTalk officially opened invited testing for "Wukong," the world’s first enterprise-level AI-native work platform, drawing widespread attention. According to Yi Tong, Vice President of DingTalk, “Wukong” will become a key traffic gateway and infrastructure in the enterprise market during the AI era. It enables software companies and AI developers to integrate their capabilities as platform skills, helping millions of businesses transform and upgrade.

DingTalk will advance an open ecosystem around "Wukong," focusing on skill development, OPT (One-Person Team) Agents, and enterprise security partnerships. Developers can package their knowledge and expertise into AI skills, combine them to build OPT AI assistants for enterprises across industries, and monetize within the DingTalk ecosystem. Enterprises or individuals can also submit requests via a demand center to match professional engineers or leverage existing skills for rapid deployment of AI capabilities.

Currently, AI application development is shifting from “humans developing applications” to “AI developing applications.” To support this shift, DingTalk has completed MCP transformation across its core products—including chat, AI note-taking, AI spreadsheets, documents, and address book—enabling one-click AI invocation. Going forward, DingTalk will continue enhancing its AI capabilities and collaborate with partners to build outcome-driven AI assistants, enabling enterprises to pay based on results and truly empower every industry with AI.

DingTalk A1 Pro Released: Upgraded AI Recording Device

DingTalk unveiled the upgraded version of its popular DingTalk A1—the DingTalk A1 Pro. The original A1 became a hit shortly after its release half a year ago, consistently ranking at the top of sales charts on platforms such as Tmall and Douyin.

The DingTalk A1 Pro is an AI-powered recording device designed for professionals who frequently engage in conversations or travel for business. It features extended battery life and professional-grade audio capture. Equipped with a nearly 3000mAh battery, it offers over six months of standby time and can even charge smartphones in emergencies. The Pro version includes a touchscreen and directional microphone, significantly improving audio clarity in professional settings.

The A1 series has been comprehensively upgraded with enhanced AI capabilities: the voice button is now customizable as an AI voice key, allowing one-touch access to DingTalk AI for tasks like scheduling and meeting booking. Its core feature, AI Note-Taking, has been further optimized—supporting more languages in its speech large model, recognizing up to 15 dialects, and providing real-time translation in 79 languages across Europe, Asia, and Africa. New features include image-text summaries, mind maps, and AI Q&A, greatly boosting user productivity.

The A1 series has opened up its capabilities and is now widely used in industries such as legal, finance, real estate, and food service, reshaping service workflows. For example, Liye Cloud has leveraged the A1 and DingTalk AI to launch the "Golden Investment Officer" AI solution for industrial investment promotion, achieving full AI automation from client acquisition to performance review and commission distribution. This solution has already been implemented in cities like Shanghai and Hangzhou, significantly improving investment attraction efficiency.

First Co-Branded AI Headphones Cleer H1 Released

DingTalk partnered with leading smart hardware brand Cleer to launch its first co-branded AI headphones, the H1. Retaining a lightweight design and high-fidelity sound quality, the H1 adds call recording and real-time translation features. Deeply integrated with DingTalk workflows, it supports instant recording, AI-powered translation and summarization, and allows users to invoke the DingTalk AI assistant to handle work tasks. As DingTalk’s first wearable AI hardware, the H1 marks a significant expansion of its AI capabilities and open hardware ecosystem.

The DingTalk A1 Pro and the AI headphones H1 will be officially available for sale on April 30.

Four-Stage Incubation: AI Innovation Workshop Accelerates Product Launch

DingTalk launched its AI Innovation Workshop Program, which begins recruiting AI startups, solo founder teams, and SaaS partners immediately. Using a four-stage incubation model—partner recruitment, closed joint development, co-creation and validation with customers, and GTM (Go-To-Market)—the program ensures that products are refined through real-world scenarios and effectively meet industry needs.

DingTalk, together with the Hangzhou Future Technology City Management Committee, will provide entrepreneurs with comprehensive support, including policies, training, workspace, technology, and customer resources. Over 20 ecosystem partners and startup teams have already joined the Innovation Workshop.
