3月17日,AI钉钉2.0年度新品发布会在杭州举行。钉钉宣布推出企业级AI原生工作平台“悟空”,并与开发者共建AI生态。同时,发布AI硬件新品DingTalk A1 Pro与联名AI耳机Cleer H1,持续拓展AI硬件品类,让AI产品惠及更广泛用户。

钉钉联合杭州未来科技城管理委员会启动AI创新工场计划,面向AI创业团队、一人团队及AI SaaS企业公开招募,提供政策优惠、人才培训、创业场地和能力赋能等全方位支持,助力开发者打造符合时代需求的创新产品。
“悟空”开放邀测:企业级AI工作平台亮相
发布会上,钉钉推出的全球首个企业级AI原生工作平台“悟空”正式开启邀测,引发广泛关注。钉钉副总经理易统表示,“悟空”将成为AI时代企业市场的关键流量入口和基础设施,支持软件公司与AI开发者接入自身能力,转化为平台技能,助力千万企业转型升级。
钉钉将围绕“悟空”推进技能生态、OPT(一人团队)Agent及企业安全合作等开放体系。开发者可将知识经验封装为AI技能,组合构建OPT AI助理,服务于各行业企业,并在钉钉生态中实现商业变现。企业或个人还可通过需求中心提交需求,匹配专业工程师或调用已有技能,快速应用AI能力。
目前,AI应用开发正从“人开发应用”转向“AI开发应用”。为此,钉钉已完成聊天、AI听记、AI表格、文档、通讯录等自有产品的MCP改造,支持AI开发一键调用。未来将持续丰富AI能力,与伙伴共同打造以结果交付为目标的AI助理,支持企业按效果付费,真正实现AI赋能千行百业。
DingTalk A1 Pro发布:升级版AI录音设备
钉钉发布了DingTalk A1的升级款——DingTalk A1 Pro。作为上市半年即成爆款的国产AI硬件,A1在天猫、抖音等平台长期位居销量榜首。
DingTalk A1 Pro是专为高频对话场景和经常出差的职场人士设计的AI录音设备,具备超长续航与专业拾音能力。内置近3000mAh电池,待机可达半年以上,并支持为手机应急充电。Pro版配备触控屏与指向麦克风,显著提升专业场合的收音清晰度。
A1系列产品全面升级AI能力:语音键升级为可自定义的AI语音键,一键唤起钉钉AI完成日程安排、会议预约等任务。其核心功能AI听记进一步优化,语音大模型支持更多语种,方言识别达15种,同声传译覆盖79个语种,遍及欧亚非多地。新增图文纪要、思维导图与AI问答功能,全面提升用户效率。
该系列产品已开放能力,广泛应用于法律、金融、地产、餐饮等行业,重构服务流程。例如,立业云基于A1与钉钉AI能力,推出面向产业招商的“金牌招商人”AI解决方案,实现从客户获取到复盘分佣的全流程AI化,已在沪杭等地落地应用,显著提升招商效率。
首款联名AI耳机Cleer H1发布
钉钉联合头部智能硬件品牌Cleer推出首款联名AI耳机H1。在保持轻盈佩戴与高音质的基础上,H1新增通话录音与同声听译功能,深度集成钉钉工作流,支持实时录音、AI翻译总结,并调用钉钉AI助理处理工作任务。作为钉钉首款可穿戴类AI硬件,H1标志着其AI能力与硬件开放体系的重要扩展。
