钉钉推出全新聊天AI功能:高情商AI助你轻松回复。

近期,许多用户发现钉钉聊天输入框右侧新增了一个小图标。点击后即可使用“一键生成高情商回复”功能,迅速引发职场用户的广泛关注与频繁使用。

据钉钉团队透露,该功能最初由一位00后产品经理提出,原为内部“玩一下”的创意,未被看好。但在灰度测试中,这个入口明显提升了聊天活跃度,用户在群聊与私聊中频繁调用,反馈“根本停不下来”。

此次上线的“AI灵动回复”功能,可根据当前对话上下文,识别双方身份与组织关系,智能生成4-6条涵盖简洁、专业、确认型、轻松活泼等多种风格的回复建议。用户可在此基础上二次编辑后发送,既节省措辞时间,又保留个性化表达。

例如,在上下级沟通中,系统优先推荐正式、简洁或主动确认类回复;在客服场景中,则侧重礼貌询问与耐心解答,帮助用户保持专业得体的形象。

即使面对“同事想蹭车”“挖坑式聊天”等尴尬情境,“AI灵动回复”也能识别微妙氛围,提供高情商应对建议。

用户只需在聊天框右侧点击“AI灵动回复”图标,系统便会结合历史对话,持续提供多角度回复建议。PC端与手机端用户升级至最新版钉钉后,即可体验该功能。

此外,钉钉8.1.10还推出了“AI表情表态”,支持一键选用AI生成的文字/图片表情包进行回应;以及“AI转发消息总结”功能,在合并转发多条消息时,AI自动提炼核心内容,提升沟通效率。

低效会议不用自己开了

钉钉AI听记新增AI问答功能:开会即使“三心二意”,会后也能对答如流。

AI听记已成为众多用户的效率利器。过去用户需翻阅原始纪要查找信息,如今借助AI问答,不仅能自动转写总结,还能基于会议内容回答具体问题、识别待办事项和行动项。

在学习、面试、项目沟通、销售访问等场景中,用户可在听记的转写详情页使用AI问答,与AI协作完成具体任务,大幅提升效率。

一位杭州互联网公司HR表示:“以前AI听记只能按模板总结。现在我可以要求AI生成约200字的面试总结,并分析候选人亮点与不足。原本耗时2小时的工作,现在5分钟即可完成。”

本次更新还推出“边录边拍边标记”功能。结合AI问答,AI听记成为大学生的学习神器:课堂录制后可生成纪要,听课时一键标注重点、插入老师PPT图片,辅助课后复习;还可向AI提问知识点,获取举一反三的练习题。旅游或参观博物馆时,也能通过图文记录生成报告。
