钉峰会走进南通，助力江苏“专精特新”高质量发展

2月1日，钉钉·2026苏商（南通）企业家年会暨“专精特新”企业高质量发展峰会在南通举行。本次峰会由钉钉与江苏省苏商发展促进会联合主办，聚焦“AI+”与“专精特新”企业高质量发展的核心议题，吸引了数百名业界代表及专家齐聚一堂，共同探讨数字化转型、智能升级以及AI如何深度重塑企业未来，助力“专精特新”企业实现高质量发展。

人机协同时代已来

阿里研究院秘书长汪源在演讲中指出，人机协同时代已经到来，AI已从单纯的工具演变为企业的“同事”，企业正从“人用工具”迈向“人机协同”的新阶段。AI不仅能够取代重复性劳动，还能建立私有知识库与智能体操作系统，实现决策自动化与流程智能化，全面重塑企业生产力。

汪源表示，钉钉建立了“平台+伙伴+客户”的闭环生态体系，使AI具备类似大脑的决策与规划能力。包括一汽集团、三花集团、友成机工等众多知名企业，已在钉钉平台上实现AI时代的人机协同。算力如同本体，AI问答如同感官，两者结合开启了全新的人机协作文明。

数据显示，南通地区超过80%的中国500强企业正在通过钉钉迈入AI时代。

AI助理驱动企业智造升级

钉钉解决方案专家宫曼在现场分享了多个实践案例。她强调，未来的公司不再以规模大小划分，而只分为“会用AI的公司”和“不会用AI的公司”。

钉钉推出的企业AI助理构建与管理平台，支持企业自主创建AI助理，并牢牢掌握其安全管控权，实现对海量AI助理的安全运营与集中管理。

以中国民营企业前十强的山东魏桥集团为例，该企业基于钉钉AI实现了采购、生产及供应商管理等九大行业级智能体落地。通过智能体，魏桥集团实现了采购知识自动提问、订单全流程数据掌控、产品型号与交付进度的智能关联，显著提升了运营效率，推动制造向“智造”跃迁。

宫曼认为，钉钉AI是助力“专精特新”企业实现高效协同与持续增长的理想平台。

她还指出，当前AI的发展不仅体现在软件层面，更延伸至硬件领域，使AI得以连接物理世界。例如，本次大会由钉钉硬件DingTalk A1语音智能助手全程记录，会后可自动生成会议纪要与完整文字稿。钉钉通过“软件+硬件+企业管理经验”的融合，为千行百业提供全方位支持。
