近年来，柳钢集团加快推进钢铁大模型开发、“万兆工厂”试点建设，建成广西首条智能化全自动钢铁分析检测线，智慧配矿、AI炼钢、数智钢卷平台等“人工智能+制造”典型场景广泛落地，有效赋能生产运营，推动创新成果不断涌现。

以赛促创，激发全员AI热情

本次大赛以“以赛促用、以赛促产、以赛促创”为宗旨，集中展示了柳钢全体员工推动AI应用的阶段性成果。自去年3月启动以来，吸引超过100支团队、300多名员工参与，覆盖生产、物流、能源、管理等多个关键领域，成功孵化近1800项AI助理应用，在企业内部营造出“人人学AI、人人用AI、人人创AI”的良好氛围。
