活动开始前,钉钉悟空事业部屹炎在“2026中国电子半导体数智峰会”上重点介绍了AI原生工作平台悟空。他指出,半导体行业对AI的采用具有明显的“稳进”特征,企业真正关注的并不是技术创新,而是安全、合规、成本与回报之间的平衡。

作为客户实践代表,格科微电子IT总监赵科分享了企业在数字化升级过程中的关键选择。格科微自2020年从Fabless转型IDM以来,在上海张江、临港及嘉善逐步形成多工厂协同体系。快速扩张带来的不仅是业务规模的增长,也包括多工厂协同效率与数据安全管控的双重挑战。面对这一现实问题,格科微最终选择基于钉钉打造私有化协同底座GC Link,以“从租屋到购屋”的方式重构企业协同能力。
赵科介绍,GC Link实现了文件、知识库等核心资产的本地化部署,既符合数据安全与合规要求,也为未来AI知识库扩展预留空间。AI听记、AI表格等功能已在会议记录、流程自动化等场景持续释放价值。平台还延伸至供应商互动场景,实现数据落盘与风险预警,为半导体企业复杂而严谨的供应链协作提供新支持。
“协同平台是连接‘手脚’与‘大脑’的基础。”赵科强调,只有在安全可控的前提下,AI才能真正进入核心业务流程,成为企业长期可持续的能力。
AI实施的“三步走”方法论
针对AI实施路径,钉钉AI交付方案专家梓寻提出了适用于半导体行业的“三步走”方法论。第一步是基础设施建设,完成平台部署,建设人才梯队,沉淀数据库与知识库。第二步是业务场景渗透,将AI能力嵌入研发、生产、协同和管理等关键环节,建立可量化的目标。第三步是产品与模型深化,将AI能力进一步融入产品体系,或训练企业专属模型。
梓寻表示,钉钉将为企业提供从认知普及、试点落地到上线运营的全流程陪跑服务,帮助半导体企业在安全合规的前提下,完成AI能力的系统性建设。
