钉峰会举办三创赛专场，钉钉AI创业就业普惠行动计划启动

1月30日，2026年钉峰会·三创赛专场在杭州圆满落幕。本次活动由三创赛竞组委与钉钉共同主办，汇聚了政府部门代表、三创赛竞组委成员、阿里巴巴集团及钉钉高层，以及历届三创赛获奖选手。活动不仅深化了三创赛“以赛促学、以赛促创、以赛促业”的宗旨，更搭建起高校创新力量与产业资源长效对接的桥梁，为青年创客的成长注入新动能。

政企校共话青年创新未来

杭州市商务局有关领导在致辞中指出，三创赛是激发青年创新活力、推动城市产业升级的重要纽带，政府将持续通过政策支持和资源整合，为青年创客发展保驾护航。

钉钉副总裁马力骏表示，本次钉峰会·三创赛专场充分体现了赛事在高校创新创业教育中的价值，期待赛友会成为连接青年创客与产业机遇的关键平台。

杭州师范大学阿里巴巴商学院执行院长、三创赛竞组委副主席章建林教授强调，三创赛是高校创新创业教育的“实践窗口”，赛友会的成立将赛事成果转化为核心成长动能，通过政府、高校、企业三方协同，实现青年能力与社会需求的同频共振。

钉钉科教行业线总经理冯登伟围绕“AI驱动高校人才培养新范式”进行分享，通过实际案例展示钉钉如何借助AI辅助工具、数字化协作平台和企业资源对接通道，助力青年创客高效实现创意落地。

赛友会秘书长孔梦云介绍了赛友会后续发展规划，将从资源对接、能力提升、项目孵化等方面全方位支持赛友持续成长。

启动AI创业就业普惠行动计划

大会现场举行了三创赛赛友会专家成员聘任仪式，并正式启动“三创赛&钉钉 AI创业就业普惠行动计划”，26位来自政府、高校和企业的代表共同参与启动仪式。该计划将依托钉钉的AI技术与数字化能力，为参赛选手提供项目孵化、资源对接、就业岗位推荐等支持，切实推动“以赛育人、以赛促业”目标的实现。
