Focusing on the practical application of AI technologies in enterprise scenarios, this event brought together hundreds of top experts from the AI field and digital transformation leaders from various industries to discuss real-world AI implementations across sectors and envision the future of work in the AI era.
Prestigious guests including Zhang Chengqi, Chair Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Director of Shenzhen Research Institute at Hong Kong Polytechnic University; Li Yian, COO of Matrix Superintelligence; Liu Lin, Head of Digital Ecosystem at China Merchants Securities; Zhang Yanbing, Senior Vice President at Best Inc.; Li Xiaochun, CIO of Youcheng Holding; Wang Xiaojun, Chief Partner at Zeda Law Firm; Shi Yanping, Business Lead for Sales Platform at Shenzhen Airlines; Liu Yan, Vice President of Dongcheng Qingmao Club; Yang Meng, Commercial President of DingTalk; and Zhu Hong, CTO of DingTalk shared their insights at the event.
At the event, DingTalk unveiled its top ten most-used AI capabilities and launched the "AI Doers" case handbook, compiling frontline enterprise practices. This handbook illustrates through real cases how AI transforms from technology into productivity, empowering enterprises to achieve efficiency leaps and business innovation.
The Second Half of AI: Enterprise-Specific Models Set for Explosion
From agrarian civilization to the industrial revolution, every leap in human society has been accompanied by innovations in tools and productivity. In the AI era, DingTalk is witnessing and driving rapid transformation within enterprises.
In his keynote speech titled "AI Doers," Zhu Hong, CTO of DingTalk, stated that AI has transitioned from its first half to the second—this will be the crucial moment when enterprise data unlocks the true productivity value of AI. Vertical-domain AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) will arrive soon within the next few years. In this new phase, businesses must demand tangible results from AI. The year 2025 will mark the beginning of widespread adoption of industry-specific large models and enterprise-customized models. Enterprise-specific models are poised for explosive growth, with the upper limit of agent intelligence determined by model capability. Self-trained models will become a key pathway for enterprises embracing AI.
Zhu Hong revealed the top ten most commonly used AI capabilities on DingTalk. Some of these features simplify human-machine collaboration, such as voice-to-text conversion and quick reading, summarization, and abstraction of instant messaging content. Others promote technological equity by lowering skill requirements for users, including message translation, AI-powered spreadsheets, and intelligent financial data analysis. Additional capabilities help reduce repetitive tasks and significantly boost efficiency—such as employee care tools, contract review summaries, meeting minutes generation, document error correction, and real-time AI-generated subtitles in video conferences.
"Enterprises can start adopting AI through these ten scenarios," said Zhu Hong. "As a foundational platform for enterprise digitalization, DingTalk continues to refine its own AI capabilities. In the AI era, DingTalk is committed to helping our customers succeed and elevating data value and industrial intelligence to unprecedented heights."
Industry Practices: Deep Integration of AI into Core Operations
This event gathered representatives from numerous industries—the "AI Doers"—who shared cutting-edge experiences in applying AI.
Founded in 2007, Best Inc. is a globally leading provider of smart supply chain solutions and logistics services. Zhang Yanbing, Senior Vice President of Best Inc., explained that they categorize enterprise scenarios into "high-error-tolerance" and "low-error-tolerance" types. In high-error-tolerance environments, AI performance has delivered pleasant surprises. Taking the Voice of Customer scenario as an example, Best Inc. uses DingTalk’s AI spreadsheet to manage over 6,000 customer service group chat messages. With AI, they achieve intelligent classification, sentiment analysis, real-time visibility, and automatic alerts sent to relevant personnel—driving continuous improvements and efficiency gains in service delivery.
Additionally, in the critical customs declaration process of cross-border logistics, DingTalk's AI applications have helped reduce risks. By leveraging DingTalk’s image recognition and semantic understanding technologies, staff input customs information into AI spreadsheets in advance. The AI then performs preliminary reviews and provides adjustment recommendations, while progress updates are automatically pushed via DingTalk—enabling early risk detection and reducing rejection rates.
Liyeyun is an AI-driven industrial big data company dedicated to building China’s leading enterprise site selection platform, using large AI models to empower business location planning and investment attraction. Based on DingTalk, Liyeyun developed the "Enterprise Site Selection AI Assistant," available on its official website and other platforms, offering smarter and more convenient services and ushering in a "2.0 era" of enterprise site selection.
The "Enterprise Site Selection AI Assistant" contains vast amounts of park-related data and integrates a knowledge base of nearly ten thousand successful site selection cases, enabling it to provide expert-level recommendations. Previously, companies faced many personalized needs that were difficult to satisfy through simple searches. Now, through conversational interaction, the AI identifies individual requirements and delivers tailored results. DingTalk’s AI capabilities not only enhance user experience but also replace time-consuming interactions between clients and sales teams, saving significant manpower costs.
Moreover, digital transformation leaders from Matrix Superintelligence, China Merchants Securities, Youcheng Group, Zeda Law Firm, Shenzhen Airlines, and Dongcheng Group—representing technology, finance, manufacturing, legal, transportation, and hospitality sectors—shared their practical applications of DingTalk’s AI. These real-world examples across diverse industries reveal how AI has become a core productivity driver for industrial upgrading, demonstrating how DingTalk’s AI capabilities are deeply integrated into enterprise operations, delivering immense value in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, risk control, and enhanced user experience.
Launch of the "AI Doers" Case Handbook: Capturing Practical Experience
At the conference, DingTalk officially released the "AI Doers" AI case handbook.
