To bridge AI with the physical world, DingTalk launched DingTalk A1, an intelligent voice recording hardware device that integrates audio recording, AI computing power, and multilingual recognition. It supports recognition of 30 dialects, 140 global languages, and over 200 industry-specific terms. The product has already been deployed in scenarios such as sales communication, performance reviews, and energy storage project negotiations, helping enterprises build instant sales and service records.
AI Spreadsheets Drive Business Intelligence
In terms of business intelligence, DingTalk’s AI-powered spreadsheets enable users to quickly build business applications using natural language without coding. One major energy storage company has used the AI spreadsheet to develop a CRM system serving sales teams across dozens of countries. As a key partner of DingTalk, Wen Jinting from Trina Solar shared the company’s digitalization practices in distributed energy powered by AI. Facing intensified fluctuations in photovoltaic revenue and shrinking returns from energy storage following the release of Document No. 136 by the National Energy Administration, Trina Solar developed the "Tiangong Zhiyun" digital solution. This end-to-end digital system spans from energy terminals and smart microgrids to aggregation platforms, incorporating large AI models to enable "PV-storage coordination" and "load forecasting."
AI Optimization Strategies Significantly Boost Revenue
By applying AI algorithms to accurately predict load and generation curves, combined with real-time energy storage data, Trina Solar optimizes dynamic charging and discharging strategies. In a project in Shandong, the AI-driven strategy improved operations from "two charges and two discharges" to "three charges and three discharges," increasing revenue by approximately 13%. In overload prevention scenarios, AI reduced reserved capacity from manually set levels of 30%-40% down to 10%-15%, significantly cutting energy waste.
Co-Building the Global Collaboration Platform "Tianxun"
At the corporate collaboration level, Trina Solar partnered with DingTalk to build "Tianxun," a unified global office platform. Wen Jinting stated: “DingTalk’s global reach, AI capabilities, and industry influence have greatly empowered Trina Solar.” By integrating with DingTalk, Trina Solar achieved efficient cross-regional communication, unified task and calendar management, secure and compliant data storage, and rapid integration of large models such as Alibaba’s Tongyi and DeepSeek, significantly improving efficiency in meetings, project management, and business opportunity tracking.
