12月31日,柳钢集团会务中心内思绪涌动、气氛热烈,2025年柳钢“万名AI员工”大赛颁奖暨柳钢专属AI钉钉1.1新产品发布会在该地举行。此次活动是柳钢集团积极响应国家人工智能发展战略、落实自治区AI赋能千行百业部署的重要实践,标志着柳钢“万名AI员工”计划取得阶段性成效。柳钢集团党委书记、董事长李斌,党委副书记、总经理阎骏出席会议。

创新成果持续涌现

近年来,柳钢集团加快推进钢铁大模型开发、“万兆工厂”试点建设,建成广西首条智能化全自动钢铁分析检测线,智慧配矿、AI炼钢、数智钢卷平台等“人工智能+制造”典型场景广泛落地,有效赋能生产运营,推动创新成果不断涌现。

以赛促创,激发全员AI热情

本次大赛以“以赛促用、以赛促产、以赛促创”为宗旨,集中展示了柳钢全体员工推动AI应用的阶段性成果。自去年3月启动以来,吸引超过100支团队、300多名员工参与,覆盖生产、物流、能源、管理等多个关键领域,成功孵化近1800项AI助理应用,在企业内部营造出“人人学AI、人人用AI、人人创AI”的良好氛围。

表扬先进,共享实践经验

会上,李斌、阎骏为获得最佳人气奖、最佳行业应用奖、最佳技术创新奖等荣誉的11支团队颁奖,表彰他们在AI赋能业务场景中的突破性探索。冷轧厂硅基先锋队《元·AI助理》、销售中心2队《直销公司智能报价小助手》、生产中心队《AI驱动的原料回运计划优化》等优秀团队现场分享了AI应用实践经验。

明确方向,深化AI融合应用

阎骏在致辞中指出,柳钢已建成全栈国产化算力平台与数据中台,成为广西首家通过DCMM四级与DSMM三级双认证的制造企业。面向“十五五”,集团将聚焦三大方向:强化数据驱动,推动数据要素资产化、服务化;深化场景赋能,实现AI从“单点应用”向“全链协同”跃升;坚持开放协作,构建自主可控的钢铁行业AI解决方案体系。他呼吁各级管理者带头推动AI应用,助力技术与业务深度融合,切实将创新成果转化为产业实效。

发布新品,赋能管理提效

在新品发布环节,钉钉副总裁、AI解决方案总经理邱达介绍了AI钉钉1.1版本。该版本在AI搜索、AI听记、AI表格、AI差旅等功能上实现升级,将为柳钢集团管理效率提升与生产模式创新注入新动能。

专题分享与学院揭幕

易智唯思创始人兼CEO姚驰围绕“打造生产制造AI工程师”作专题分享,深入探讨技术与产业融合的实践路径。同时,“柳钢·AI学院”正式揭牌成立。该学院将作为培养复合型AI人才、孵化技术创新与管理变革的核心平台,构建从业务理解到模型开发再到工程化交付的闭环培养体系,为企业数智化转型提供持续人才支持。
