作为国航系重要成员和国内第五大航空公司,深圳航空始终践行“数字化先行者”战略,致力于为旅客提供智能、舒适、愉悦的出行体验。“深航飞飞”通过自然语言互动,实现智能问答、业务办理与个性化推荐,是专为旅客打造的有文化、会办事、点子多的出行伙伴。
“深航飞飞”不仅能即时解答乘机相关问题,如“婴儿车能否登机”、“充电宝携带规定”、“如何坐飞机去苏州”,还可办理航班查询、选座值机、客票退改签等服务。此外,它还提供场景化智能服务,例如在值机时推荐适合观赏日出日落或雪山海岸的座位,并根据旅客偏好提供个性化出行建议。
技术架构创新,保障安全与效率
据史炎平介绍,“深航飞飞”突破了行业对钉灵应用的传统认知,创新采用“逻辑与数据分离”架构,通过原生接口嵌入深航APP。在确保用户隐私安全的前提下,实现了智能问答、业务办理和个性推荐三大核心功能。该方案有效解决了传统H5模式存在的安全隐患与体验割裂问题,旅客敏感数据全程保留在本地设备,系统响应速度提升超过40%。
