On March 17, the DingTalk Ecosystem Conference was held at Alibaba's Xixi Campus in Hangzhou, themed "AI to B: Winning the Future Together." Centered around the core concept of "AI connectivity," the conference showcased collaborative achievements between DingTalk and its ecosystem partners in fields such as food service supply chains, financial marketing, industrial investment promotion, and content operations. At the event, DingTalk clarified its open strategy for the AI era: building on secure and controllable AI infrastructure, it aims to work with partners to co-create enterprise-grade AI skill systems, driving real-world adoption of AI across industries.
Yi Tong, Vice President of DingTalk, Head of Open Platform and Smart Hardware
In his keynote speech, Yi Tong stated: "In the past, getting rich required building roads first; today, we're making a series of preparations for the AI-native era." He noted that AI is evolving from merely "being able to speak" to "getting things done." However, while enterprises benefit from AI, they also face challenges related to data security, permission management, and performance measurement. To address these, DingTalk has fully adopted the MCP (Model Context Protocol) framework across core scenarios and data, enabling seamless invocation by AI agents. Meanwhile, dedicated computing power and secure sandboxes have been introduced to ensure enterprise data remains processed within defined boundaries. Based on this foundation, DingTalk can collaborate with partners to package industry expertise into reusable skills (Skill), which are then delivered to enterprise customers via Wu Kong. Yi emphasized that DingTalk will continue opening up scenarios, capabilities, and methodologies for AI-native product development, jointly exploring new business opportunities with partners.
Xing Yu, Product Director at Shuhai Supply Chain
As a representative enterprise in the food service supply chain sector, Xing Yu shared Shuhai’s AI collaboration practices with DingTalk. Facing industry pain points such as inefficient inventory turnover, delayed supply-demand response, and high procurement costs, Shuhai deeply integrated DingTalk's A1 devices and AI agents with its own digital systems, achieving intelligent warehouse meetings, traceable sales processes, and precise customer profiling.
"Previously, morning meetings across our 47 central warehouses nationwide were unmanaged. Now, with A1 automatically recording audio and generating meeting minutes within minutes, AI extracts frequent issues and provides improvement suggestions—improving meeting efficiency tenfold and achieving over 90% issue closure rates," Xing explained. In sales visit scenarios, AI enables instant recording and analysis, helping sales teams automatically generate customer profiles and follow-up strategies, making 'one solution per client' a reality. Looking ahead, Shuhai plans to co-develop a Wu Kong Agent with DingTalk, allowing AI to permeate every operational scenario across the supply chain.
Chen Xinhui, CEO of Miaota AI
Chen Xinhui, CEO of Miaota AI, unveiled "Yingying," an AI-native financial advisor jointly developed with DingTalk. He pointed out that AI is transforming organizational structures from a binary model of "people and organization" to a ternary one of "people + AI agents + organization." Financial marketing is shifting from process-driven to intent-driven, where AI evolves from being an assistant tool into a business partner capable of closed-loop delivery.
"Yingying" is deeply integrated with DingTalk's A1 hardware, supporting end-to-end workflows including customer insights, product analysis, marketing reviews, and opportunity assessment. Through natural language interaction, sales staff need only issue commands, after which AI understands the intent, accesses relevant data, and delivers actionable outcomes. Chen explained that Miaota AI has encapsulated 11 years of accumulated financial industry knowledge into reusable Skills, enabling junior account managers to instantly leverage expert-level analytical models. "Everyone’s knowledge can become a reusable skill; everyone’s experience can be invoked infinitely."
Zhao Hongyu, CEO of Liye Cloud
There are three million investment promotion professionals in China, yet the industry conversion rate has long remained below 0.6%. Challenges include difficulty acquiring projects, tracking leads, matching needs, and closing deals. At the conference, Zhao Hongyu launched an industry-level solution called the "AI Gold Medal Investment Promoter." Built upon DingTalk’s AI hardware and foundational AI capabilities, combined with Liye Cloud’s 20 years of know-how in industrial investment promotion, the solution packages expertise into Skills covering eight high-frequency scenarios: lead acquisition, lead entry, follow-up, matching, negotiation, and review—truly enabling “it works, you promote.”
"Let every investment promoter have access to a top-tier team available 24/7," said Zhao. The "AI Gold Medal Investment Promoter" efficiently connects two massive service sectors—enterprises and government industrial parks—each worth trillions, enabling a thousand-fold leap in efficiency for the industry. The product has already been deployed by government investment teams in cities like Shanghai and Hangzhou, receiving strong recognition from frontline teams.
Wang Jie, Partner at Yiyouliao
Wang Jie shared Yiyouliao’s AI application in the context of the "one-person company." He believes that the future of organizations will no longer revolve around processes and management, but rather how individuals can harness hundreds of AI agents to become "super individuals." The social media operations assistant jointly developed by Yiyouliao and DingTalk has achieved full automation—from brand asset analysis and topic planning to content generation and publishing scheduling.
"You can manage your Xiaohongshu account daily just by chatting with the AI assistant," Wang said. This product has improved content production efficiency by 80% and boosted performance by more than three times. He urged businesses and individuals to make extensive use of tokens and engage in frequent interactions to deeply understand AI. "AI won’t replace people, but those who use AI well will replace those who don’t."
The event also highlighted DingTalk’s latest advancements in AI hardware: the official launch of DingTalk A1 PRO and the AI headset H1, further enriching integrated AI software-hardware scenarios. DingTalk stated it will continue opening up models, modules, SDKs, and MCP data, working closely with ecosystem partners to build a comprehensive AI-native product ecosystem and accelerate AI adoption across all industries.

Using DingTalk: Before & After
Before
- × Team Chaos: Team members are all busy with their own tasks, standards are inconsistent, and the more communication there is, the more chaotic things become, leading to decreased motivation.
- × Info Silos: Important information is scattered across WhatsApp/group chats, emails, Excel spreadsheets, and numerous apps, often resulting in lost, missed, or misdirected messages.
- × Manual Workflow: Tasks are still handled manually: approvals, scheduling, repair requests, store visits, and reports are all slow, hindering frontline responsiveness.
- × Admin Burden: Clocking in, leave requests, overtime, and payroll are handled in different systems or calculated using spreadsheets, leading to time-consuming statistics and errors.
After
- ✓ Unified Platform: By using a unified platform to bring people and tasks together, communication flows smoothly, collaboration improves, and turnover rates are more easily reduced.
- ✓ Official Channel: Information has an "official channel": whoever is entitled to see it can see it, it can be tracked and reviewed, and there's no fear of messages being skipped.
- ✓ Digital Agility: Processes run online: approvals are faster, tasks are clearer, and store/on-site feedback is more timely, directly improving overall efficiency.
- ✓ Automated HR: Clocking in, leave requests, and overtime are automatically summarized, and attendance reports can be exported with one click for easy payroll calculation.
