DingTalk's AI Business Travel is specifically designed for SMEs with fewer than 500 employees. It integrates Amap's ride-hailing services and Alipay's corporate payment capabilities, covering four core business travel scenarios: flights, hotels, train tickets, and transportation. Compared to other business travel platforms, AI Business Travel connects directly to major hotel chains such as Jinjiang, Home Inn, Dongcheng, Atour, and Yaste, ensuring lower room rates. Its built-in AI price comparison function automatically searches prices across multiple platforms and instantly displays various hotel quotes, helping users quickly identify the best option.
For frequently traveling employees, the AI travel assistant greatly simplifies itinerary planning: just describe your needs in one sentence—even complex multi-city routes—and an optimal plan will be generated within 30 seconds, automatically creating a travel request and eliminating manual form-filling.
Even more convenient is the "seamless reimbursement" transportation feature, co-developed by DingTalk and Amap. After submitting an outbound or business trip application, employees can hail a ride directly from the approval form or by searching "Amap Ride-Hailing." Upon completion of the trip, the invoice and trip details are automatically linked to the corresponding approval form, completely eliminating the need for manual receipt collection. On the payment side, leveraging Alipay’s corporate payment code, employees don’t need to pay upfront, and companies can enable this functionality as needed.
For business managers, AI Business Travel offers professional travel control tools that support customized travel policies, such as setting flight booking times, hotel price ranges, and train seat classes. The system also generates detailed spending reports and rankings by department or employee, enabling visibility and control over travel costs.

Whether in face-to-face conversations or cross-border video conferences, users can now hear translated dialogue instantly, allowing them to confidently navigate overseas travel or meetings even with limited foreign language skills.
The newly added face-to-face simultaneous interpretation supports both translated subtitles and voice output. Users simply wear standard Bluetooth earphones to achieve real-time two-way translation among Chinese, English, Japanese, and other languages. They can also set left and right audio channels to play different languages—each person wears one earphone—and communicate smoothly. In DingTalk video conferences, the system supports multilingual bidirectional simultaneous interpretation, allowing each participant to choose their preferred language, effectively letting everyone “listen in their native tongue.” After the meeting, transcripts and to-do items are automatically generated, significantly improving cross-border collaboration efficiency.
