钉钉CTO朱鸿:AI必须深入生产环节
“中国是制造大国,目前超过50%的制造业500强企业都在使用钉钉,覆盖制造业30多个大类”,钉钉CTO朱鸿在开幕演讲中指出,AI在制造业要真正落地,必须进入企业的生产环节。
他认为,制造业的AI不能依赖通用大模型,而应结合行业专属模型与敏捷Agent开发体系。为此,钉钉打造了Agent OS——一个让AI在企业中长期运行的操作系统,整合算力、多模型接入、低代码开发平台等能力,联合生态伙伴实现场景化落地。
朱鸿强调三大核心理念:第一,用户为先,AI驱动,解决真实生产问题;第二,赋能复用,支持持续迭代;第三,场景可落地,AI必须进车间、进班组、进生产。
以友成为例,基于钉钉DEAP平台开发的订单Agent将非结构化订单处理时间从1.4小时压缩至半分钟内,效率提升数百倍。DEAP还形成“开发态+运行态”双形态范式,满足长尾定制需求。
在安全与数据方面,DEAP支持私有化部署,通过端到端加密、权限控制和全链路审计保障安全,并引入“数据工程”机制,将非结构化数据转化为高质量AI可用数据,形成“越用越聪明”的进化闭环。
易智唯思姚驰:打造能“读懂机器语言”的质小Q
易智唯思CEO姚驰分享了基于钉钉DEAP平台打造的智能体“质小Q”,致力于解决工业现场质量管控难题。“质小Q”融合工业时序大模型与视觉大模型,采用“大模型+专业工具外挂”架构,能够理解电流、电压、震动等数据背后的物理意义。
工程师只需发出“每晚6点做SPC分析”指令,“质小Q”即可自动取数、生成控制图并输出结论。在某全球顶尖传感器企业中国工厂,“质小Q”已自主完成约40%的质量工程师任务,涵盖过程分析、异常检测等关键环节,且所有数据本地部署,确保安全。
通过钉钉Agent OS与行业Know-How结合,“质小Q”实现了隐性知识显性化、标准化,并具备跨场景复用能力。
标杆企业实践:AI深度融入业务
柳钢集团陆兆刚表示,AI应服务于人。柳钢实施“万名AI员工计划”,通过AI技能大赛激发员工一周内创建上千个智能助理,覆盖多业务场景。同时,借助“问数”应用推动数据治理标准化,让AI参与班会质控、巡检预警,推动员工向智慧“赋能者”转变。
天正电气IT总监李鹏分享“小步快跑”策略:利用AI表格让业务部门自主开发应用,配置超千个自动化流程;AI听记将会议纪要生成缩短至分钟级;AI销售助理实现产品选型、方案生成秒级响应,推动销售模式向“数据+AI驱动”转型。
晶科能源沈东琨提出AI转型“1310”顶层设计:围绕模式变革,梳理业务+AI三条主线,分解至十大领域,落地X个场景。他强调,AI转型是“人与机器智能关系的重新设计”。公司成立CEO挂帅的AI管理委员会,推动AI文化落地。在生产中,利用AI进行质量根因分析,并通过“即时检测+语音广播+钉钉推送”保障操作规范,实现良率提升与损耗降低。
深化合作,共推制造业AI落地
活动最后,三花智控、润建股份、大华股份、格力博、中加特电气五家行业领军企业与钉钉签署合作协议,将在AI智能体共创、制造现场管理、全球协同、组织数字化、智能销售等领域深化合作,共同推进制造业数智化转型。
