On January 29, Lingfeng Conference 2026: "The Way of Work in the AI Era" arrived in Changsha, bringing together nearly 200 corporate representatives and industry experts to explore new opportunities for enterprise digital transformation in the AI era. Attendees widely agreed that AI is no longer a future trend but a core infrastructure that enterprises must establish today.

Lingling, with over 10 years of development history, has grown into an intelligent collaborative office platform serving 700 million users and 26 million business organizations, continuously empowering Chinese enterprises to achieve digital and intelligent upgrades.

Lingling Enters the AI Operating System Era

In 2025, Lingling successively launched AI Lingling versions 1.0 and 1.1. With AI Lingling 1.1, Lingling introduced Agent OS—the world’s first work intelligence operating system built specifically for AI—officially ushering in a new working model of "humans collaborating with AI."

On January 29 at the Lingfeng Conference in Changsha, Wang Teng, General Manager for Lingling's Two-Lakes region and Head of South China Solutions, reviewed Lingling's decade-long journey. He stated that Lingling has consistently focused on enterprise digitization and information infrastructure, driving Chinese businesses rapidly into the digital age through accessible, high-value solutions.

Wang Teng pointed out that in the AI era, large models are operating systems. Lingling will provide enterprises with an agent development platform supporting full lifecycle management of intelligent agents, multi-model orchestration, local deployment, and seamless integration with existing systems such as ERP and low-code platforms, helping companies build their own dedicated AI assistants.

"In the AI era, not every company needs to become an AI company, but all should become AI-native enterprises. Lingling aims to provide Chinese businesses with a gateway to the AI era," said Wang Teng.

Huiyou Hotels: Boosting Chain Management Efficiency with Low-Code

Huiyou Hotel Group, a well-known chain brand in Hunan, now operates more than 280 hotels across over 80 cities nationwide, with over 10 million members. IT Director Zhou Yuanyuan shared her company's digital transformation experience.

"With more than 200 hotels scattered across different cities, relying on WeChat and Excel for data management leads to extremely low efficiency. We had to upgrade our toolset," said Zhou Yuanyuan.

In September 2024, Huiyou launched its digital strategy and selected Lingling after multiple rounds of evaluation. "We needed a system covering the entire lifecycle—from franchise inquiries and construction to opening and daily operations—and Lingling was one of the few platforms capable of meeting this requirement," she said.

Lingling’s low-code platform Yida, known for its accessibility, agility, and strong adaptability, aligned perfectly with Huiyou’s transformation goals. Starting in February 2025, the company officially adopted Yida. With only two members from the IT department leading the effort and incorporating input from business units using a minimalist development approach, they deployed eight core business scenarios in under a year.

"We broke through traditional IT efficiency bottlenecks, with total investment under 40% of conventional methods, achieving truly cost-effective and efficient transformation," Zhou explained.

By leveraging Lingling’s AI-powered features such as AI spreadsheets, AI transcription, and AI inspection, the hotel significantly reduced labor and time costs. "After digitization, both personnel and management costs decreased, effectively achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement."

Dahan Holding: A Digital Practice Balancing Security and Efficiency

Changsha-based Dahan Holding Group has been listed among China's Top 500 Private Enterprises for ten consecutive years. The group comprises six subsidiary groups, over 200 subsidiaries, and employs more than 5,000 people. AI and Digital Director He Qing shared the company's deep collaboration journey with Lingling.

The company began using Lingling in 2019 and established it as its digital foundation in 2023, fully advancing its transformation.

"Lingling not only improved cross-business collaboration efficiency but also offers robust security deployment, ensuring enterprise data safety. With Lingling, we’ve achieved unity between security and efficiency—truly having our cake and eating it too," said He Qing.

Features like Lingling’s AI transcription and AI spreadsheets have been integrated into multiple group-wide solutions and are highly popular among employees.

Expert Advice: Three Steps for Enterprise AI Adoption

Zhu Wei, Senior AI Solution Expert at Lingling, suggested that enterprise AI development should proceed in three steps: first, build foundational infrastructure such as computing power and platforms; second, cultivate AI talent pipelines; and third, integrate AI capabilities into products to create exportable solutions, or train proprietary models based on internal data to solve deeper business challenges.

"Only by solidifying the first two steps can the third step truly deliver results," emphasized Zhu Wei.

Using DingTalk: Before & After

Before

  • × Team Chaos: Team members are all busy with their own tasks, standards are inconsistent, and the more communication there is, the more chaotic things become, leading to decreased motivation.
  • × Info Silos: Important information is scattered across WhatsApp/group chats, emails, Excel spreadsheets, and numerous apps, often resulting in lost, missed, or misdirected messages.
  • × Manual Workflow: Tasks are still handled manually: approvals, scheduling, repair requests, store visits, and reports are all slow, hindering frontline responsiveness.
  • × Admin Burden: Clocking in, leave requests, overtime, and payroll are handled in different systems or calculated using spreadsheets, leading to time-consuming statistics and errors.

After

  • Unified Platform: By using a unified platform to bring people and tasks together, communication flows smoothly, collaboration improves, and turnover rates are more easily reduced.
  • Official Channel: Information has an "official channel": whoever is entitled to see it can see it, it can be tracked and reviewed, and there's no fear of messages being skipped.
  • Digital Agility: Processes run online: approvals are faster, tasks are clearer, and store/on-site feedback is more timely, directly improving overall efficiency.
  • Automated HR: Clocking in, leave requests, and overtime are automatically summarized, and attendance reports can be exported with one click for easy payroll calculation.
