Hire cross-border e-commerce talent with AI Recruitment!
Select Global Products, Access Import Opportunities
On the afternoon of March 15th, as part of the "Shared Large Market · Export China" series event titled "Buying Global in Zhejiang · Consumption Ignites Hangzhou," a cross-border e-commerce resource matchmaking event themed “Select Global Products, Access Import Opportunities” was successfully held at Hangzhou International Expo Center Phase II. Government departments, cross-border platforms, supply chain enterprises, industrial parks, brands, and industry organizations gathered together to discuss new import trends, expand consumer scenarios, and build a thriving industrial ecosystem, fully unleashing Hangzhou’s cross-border e-commerce import vitality.
Government-Business Collaboration to Build a Talent Matching Platform
Wu Changhong, member of the Party Leadership Group of Hangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau and full-time deputy director of the Free Trade Commission, stated in her speech that this year marks the beginning of a new decade for the Hangzhou Pilot Zone for Cross-Border E-Commerce. Hosting this resource对接 event aims to create an open and efficient platform to promote the ecological cycle of “buying global, selling global.” She encouraged all parties to leverage Hangzhou’s agglomeration advantage in cross-border e-commerce platforms for efficient connections, utilize local rich ecosystem service resources to deepen market-brand collaboration, and focus on emerging trends such as live-streaming e-commerce and AI marketing to achieve precise alignment between industries and talent.
Launch of the AI-Powered Spring Recruitment Campaign
Talent is the core support for high-quality development in cross-border e-commerce. To address challenges in recruiting composite talents, the “E-Global · Your Career Starts Here” 2026 Hangzhou Cross-Border E-Commerce AI Spring Recruitment Special Campaign was officially launched on site. Initiated jointly by the Hangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau and DingTalk, among others, the campaign aims to build a collaborative talent development platform integrating government, universities, and enterprises. Ma Lijun, Vice President of DingTalk, represented DingTalk and joined relevant department leaders to launch the project.
Solving Recruitment Pain Points: AI-Driven Precision Matching
Today, cross-border e-commerce has entered a new phase characterized by branding, compliance, and refined operations. With rapid industrial growth in Hangzhou, there is urgent demand for versatile professionals fluent in foreign languages, skilled in communication, and proficient in operations. However, small and medium-sized cross-border enterprises commonly face recruitment difficulties due to low brand recognition, insufficient resumes, and inefficient candidate outreach.
This spring recruitment initiative leverages DingTalk's "AI Recruitment" campus hiring platform to create a new model for campus recruitment, offering customized recruitment solutions for Hangzhou’s cross-border e-commerce companies.
Jing Tianqi, head of DingTalk AI Recruitment, introduced that the platform has integrated resources from 1,700 universities. Through three key innovations—AI-powered 3D resumes, multimodal job displays, and intelligent talent search—it addresses both the challenge of “enterprises struggling to hire” and “graduates facing employment difficulties,” helping deliver internationalized, professional, and young talent precisely matched to in-demand roles such as speakers of less-commonly-taught languages, cross-border operators, and overseas compliance specialists.
Companies can showcase their strengths through video job descriptions to attract high-quality candidates; use AI-powered talent scouting and automatic preliminary screening to improve invitation efficiency and reach target candidates directly; and benefit from resume screening in 12 foreign languages for efficient matching with language-skilled talent.
Students can upload 3D resumes including video self-introductions, portfolios, and workplace personality assessments, enabling companies to comprehensively understand their overall capabilities.
Building a Talent Hub for Cross-Border E-Commerce
As the first city in China to establish a cross-border e-commerce talent alliance and found a dedicated cross-border e-commerce college, Hangzhou remains committed to becoming a leading talent hub in this field. The 2026 Hangzhou Cross-Border E-Commerce AI Spring Recruitment Campaign will officially run from March to May this year. This initiative not only represents an innovative exploration of using digital technology to empower talent services within the Hangzhou Pilot Zone but also serves as a significant step toward building a collaborative “government-university-enterprise” talent development ecosystem.
Bridging talent and industry, DingTalk joins hands with the Hangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau to shape a new future of high-quality development for Hangzhou’s cross-border e-commerce industry!

Using DingTalk: Before & After
Before
- × Team Chaos: Team members are all busy with their own tasks, standards are inconsistent, and the more communication there is, the more chaotic things become, leading to decreased motivation.
- × Info Silos: Important information is scattered across WhatsApp/group chats, emails, Excel spreadsheets, and numerous apps, often resulting in lost, missed, or misdirected messages.
- × Manual Workflow: Tasks are still handled manually: approvals, scheduling, repair requests, store visits, and reports are all slow, hindering frontline responsiveness.
- × Admin Burden: Clocking in, leave requests, overtime, and payroll are handled in different systems or calculated using spreadsheets, leading to time-consuming statistics and errors.
After
- ✓ Unified Platform: By using a unified platform to bring people and tasks together, communication flows smoothly, collaboration improves, and turnover rates are more easily reduced.
- ✓ Official Channel: Information has an "official channel": whoever is entitled to see it can see it, it can be tracked and reviewed, and there's no fear of messages being skipped.
- ✓ Digital Agility: Processes run online: approvals are faster, tasks are clearer, and store/on-site feedback is more timely, directly improving overall efficiency.
- ✓ Automated HR: Clocking in, leave requests, and overtime are automatically summarized, and attendance reports can be exported with one click for easy payroll calculation.
