杭州市商务局党组成员、自贸委专职副主任武长虹在致辞中表示,今年是杭州跨境电商综试区迈向新十年的开局之年。举办此次资源对接会,旨在搭建开放高效的对接平台,促进“买全球、卖全球”的生态循环。希望各方借鉴杭州跨境电商平台集聚优势,实现高效对接;依托本地丰富的生态服务资源,推动市场与品牌深度联动;并围绕直播电商、AI营销等新兴趋势,促成产业与人才的精准匹配。

启动AI春招专项活动

人才是跨境电商高质量发展的核心支撑。为破解复合型人才招聘难题,现场正式启动“E揽全球・职因有你”2026杭州跨境电商AI春招专项活动。该活动由杭州市商务局联合钉钉等单位共同发起,致力于打造政校企协同育才平台。钉钉副总裁马力骏代表钉钉,与相关部门领导共同启动该项目。

破解招聘痛点:AI赋能精准匹配

当前,跨境电商进入品牌化、合规化、精细化运营新阶段,杭州产业高速发展,对懂外语、善沟通、精运营的复合型人才需求迫切。但中小跨境电商企业普遍面临知名度低、简历少、邀约效率低等招聘困境。

本次春招行动依托钉钉“AI诚聘”校园招聘平台,打造全新校招模式,为杭州跨境电商企业提供定制化招聘解决方案。

学生可上传包含视频自我介绍、作品集和职场性格测试的立体简历,帮助企业全面了解其综合能力。

打造跨境电商人才高地

作为全国首个组建跨境电商人才联盟、创办跨境电商学院的城市,杭州始终致力于打造跨境电商人才高地。2026杭州跨境电商AI春招专项行动将于今年3月至5月正式展开。这不仅是杭州跨境电商综试区以数字技术赋能人才服务的创新探索,更是推动“政-校-企”协同育才生态建设的重要实践。
